Deer Processing Prices – 2026-2027 season
$150-Skin, Cut, and Vacuum Packing
$30 Shoulder Mount, must pick up the next business day
A $75 DEPOSIT PER DEER IS REQUIRED FOR PROCESSING AT DROP OFF.
2026-2027 Sausage Prices
Regular Summer Sausage – 3 lb roll $15 ea
Hot w/Cheese Summer Sausage- 1.5LB roll $17 ea
Mild w/Cheese Summer Sausage- 1.5lb roll $17 ea
Snack Sticks- approximately 1lb. $15 0ea
Venison Pork breakfast sausage 50/50 $4 lb
$35 per Quarter cut or boned out
$2.50 pd for ground venison (meat brought in off the bone, not whole deer)
$30-$75 charge if hide has been removed or tendons cut
>NO special instructions for deer packing or cutting
>all venison is vacuum packed
>Every 1.25 lbs. of meat equals one roll of summer sausage

After notification product must be picked up within 7 business days or a $10 PLUS 20% of total bill per day storage fee will be added to the total. After 30 days meat will be donated to food pantry. Prices are subject to change without notification. 9/24
