Curing – $1.50 (Bacons and Hams Only)
If you choose all Ham Steaks a fee of $25 per ham will apply
Bacon $5 per bacon for thin sliced or peppered
Butchering

Sausage
Patties – $2.50/lb (2 lbs / 10 patties per pkg.) Not able to vacuum pack
Bulk sausage – $0.90 lb.
Bratwursts – $2.75 lb. (4 Brats per pkg.) vacuum packed
For chops packed less than 4 per pack a fee of $10 per 1/2 hog will be added. Any additional special requests will have charges apply. Boneless chops =$7 per ½ fee will apply

After notification a storage fee of $10 plus 20% of your invoice total per day will be applied to all orders not picked up within 7 days. All Processing totals reflect cash or check prices and fee of 3% will be added to all credit or debit card orders. (3/2024)
